After update firmware 6.4.0, RN10400 doesnt boot
Hi On my RN10400 Nas, i was in 6.1.9 firmware. I update to 6.4.0 using web interface. After update, i accept msg asking for reboot NAS. NAS doesnt respond any more and i have a msg connection loo...
Ok finally it work
It s necessary to proceed :
power off the nas by unplug power connector
insert usb stick in front panel
hold backup pressed
connect power to boot
After a few second i had message usb booting
later message usb recovery
after a few minuts, system shut down
i extract usb stick and power on, updating firmawre begin
after 15m i can log in and system is ok without loosing datas
