update of firmware on RN10400
My local admin page is stuck on saying "ready nas 6.24"
This is a know bug thats fixed by loading newer firmware.
The nas cant find ready cloud when the backup button is pressed.
It is on a network with internet access.
When I log into readycloud, I cant see the device.
Netgear raidar can see the device, but is useless as admin page just directs it to the
same login if I access the NAS directly.
Searching on readycloud by serial number also doesnt work.
Help very much appreciated

There is no 6.24 firmware. Did you mean 6.2.4? If not, what firmware are you running?
It sounds like you are saying that the web admin ui remains on the splash page forever - is that correct?
- What browser are you using?
- Have you tried clearing the browser cache?
- Is there an ad-blocker running in the PC (or are pop-ups disabled)? Something like that could possibly block the admin login prompt.

ReadyCloud won't work with 6.2.4, so you'll need to update it to current firmware. You'll need to do that in three steps
There is some risk, so you should make sure you back up your data before you do these upgrades.
