Are Infrant Readynas NV+ V2 and Netgear NV+ Compatible?
Hello, I have what appears to be a dead Infrant ReadyNAS NV+ (V2) here. (I'm assuming it's a V2 because the P/N on the back is "RNV2-S2-0000". I received a few warning emails about the temperature...

You have a NV+ (v1 - silver chassis). You need an Infrant/NetGear ReadyNAS NV+ (v1). The NetGear ReadyNAS NV+ v2 (charcoal chassis) was released November 13th 2011 and uses a different RAID format. You can't migrate disks from the NV+ (v1) to the v2.
