Attempting to 'Mirror' Entire C: Drive

I use one job for each shared folder to accomplish this - it works quite well. The first backup for each folder used NFS, then I edited each job to use rsync.
Note with rsync there is an option which looks for missing files on the source, and deletes them on the destination. Normally I don't check that, every now and then I check it and run the backup jobs manually, just to clean out clutter. However leaving it unchecked gives you some protection from accidental deletions.
