Backup - repeat try?

The built-in scheduled backup will fail if her computer is not on when it is scheduled.
So you can
(a) use a different destination (vault, dropbox, a USB drive connected to the NAS, or a PC that you know will be on).
(b) show her how to manually back up her data. One approach is to set up the backup button on the NAS to just run her backup job, and have her push it (with her PC on).
(c) find a program that runs on her PC which can back up the NAS share to the PC on schedule. If her PC is a desktop, you should be able to find a package that will also turn on her PC. Acronis backup is one program that can do this.
There might be other possibilities, this is just what occurs to me.
