Backup failed - NAS kernel: Unable to handle kernel NULL...

Hello,
I have a ReadyNAS duov2 with new firmware 5.3.7. I am trying to backup some movie folder from USB HDD. I received a lots of back up fails. When a tried to invistigate the issue I saw that usualy the small files are the problem and not moved correctly (.sub or . txt) moved size is 0 kB and originall is 4kB.

Here is the examle of log. I do not know how or where I can see detail log info ("Please see log").

Could you help me please?

  • Now I know how to download the full system log :-).
