Backup finished = Backup successful ?

After running a FrontView backup job - backing up my entire ReadyNAS Duo to USB - the result I received was "Backup finished." Does this mean that the backup was successful, and if so, does that mean there were no errors? I'm inclined to assume as much, but couldn't find this explicitly stated.

Thanks!

It should mean that. You can confirm by going into the backup job list, and examining the backup log for the job.
  • Thanks - I downloaded all the system logs to get the complete backup log, and "Backup finished" is all it states at the end, along with date and time of completion. If there were errors, would they have also been listed at the end of the log? I don't see explicit mention of errors elsewhere (assuming they'd be indicated by the word "error"), but also don't see explicit mention that there weren't errors either, hence the uncertainty.
