robocopy is a microsoft tool that is included in all new versions of windows, so there is no need to download it. I use this (with scripts) to back up shares on my NAS to the PC. But it will work just as well in the other direction.
The PC share and all the files in the four folders need to be fully accessible by the NAS. That requires you to set both the file permissions in the windows folders and the share permissions correctly. Are you using the windows PC logon in the NAS backup job?
The particular files you are listing are hidden files. Have you looked at their permissions on the PC?
