Backup Job stuck "in queue"

Hello,

We are having issues with our backup always being stuck in queue.  I have deleted the files in /var/log/frontview/backup, deleted the jobs, recreated the jobs, created different jobs and they always go to starting for a few seconds and then go to in queue with the message "Backup job XXX is already in the queue.  Consider adjusting the backup schedule."  This is a readyNAs 516 running firmware 6.5.1.  Log files for backup job are blank.  I am thinking it might be a problem with a cron or something, but I am having a hard time understanding how netgear created these.  When I run crontab -l logged in as root, I get "No crontab for root."  Well if there are no crontabs running, why is it "In Queue."  Where can I go in via SSH and see everything that is "In Queue", could it be some other item besides a backup job that is stuck somehow?  Any help would be great.

Thanks!

    Hi

It appears the issue you have described requires assistance from the engineers and/or higher tier who can remote in to the NAS and fix this from the backend.

    Hi LoboBill

    please check /etc/frontview/backup_jobs.conf , not / var/log/frontview/backup

all backup jobs are recoreded in /etc/frontview/bacup_jobs.conf

    thanks!
