Backup jot fails after swithching my NAS to branch office
Communication between both branch office gets succeed, but jot gets error as "Fail: failure during copy"

Kindly answer the questions below:
a. What ReadyNAS model/s are you using?
b. What is the current firmware version of your NAS?
c. Does your problem involves a VPN connection between your main office and branch office? It would be best that you post an image or screenshot of your detailed network setup.
d. Is this a NAS-to-NAS backup?

1. NAS Model
primary : 516
Secondary : 204
2.Firmware: 2.6.4
3. Both office is connected through RF
4. a.From primary to secondary Rsync backup was used when it was in same network, after switching the seconday NAS another branch Rsync gets error as " Fail: failure during copy". Then we have i have created a new backup job from primary to secondary with windows/NAS timestamp protocal, in this the back up job is working.
b. From secondary i have backup job from HO server's share folder through Windows/NAS timestamp protocal , it was worked fine when it was in same network but not works after switching it to branch. But test connect gets successful.
pls help to resolve the same.
