backup RN to NFS then to crashplan

I tried to installed crashplan on my 4200 but always fail at the JRE. Tried to find an answer for a couple days with no success. So couldn't i mount a USB drive to my windows machine, share it, backup the NAS over NFS and have crash plan backup the USB drive? This would be my 3 point backup. rn xraid + USB + Crashplan... anything reason why not to do it like this?

You could do it that way. Though usually with Windows you'd use SMB for the NAS backup, not NFS.
