BackupExec 2010 R3 Not Seeing Readynas 2100

Thank you for posting this.
I wish I had read it before I took 6 hours to figure it out.
I also found that if you go to the new backup job
expand domains
expand Microsoft Windows Network and find your ReadyNAS device
select the check box next to it and say yes you trust the device.
the whole reason this is happening is that trust certificates is a new requirement/feature for backup exec 13.0.5204
Now hopefully Netgear will update their documentation some time soon.
