BaseX and ReadyNas

HI

I'm trying to use baseX Java database for XML on my ReadyNas 102. After installing normally java openjdk7, it appears to be very very slow : results are halting and jolting on the screen terminal. Does somebody have had such a problem ?

    Hi Jmaect,

The ReadyNAS 102 is not the best solution for high read/write activity such as baseX database. I think the slowness might be due to the processor trying to keep up. You can forward me the log data and I can check to see if there are any out of memory items in the logs. My assumption would be that it is not powerful enough to handle the requests but I'm unsure how active the database is being used. This kind of NAS is a lower end file server.
