Blinking power light
Hello everyone. This is my first post on here. I've had this ReadyNAS since November 2014 with no problems, but yesterday after I saw the email for needing to migrate the readycloud service to mynetg...

This could relate to some old apps that were installed on the system. I had to manually force apt to do some updates. I also removed a package or two. I also installed the latest version of avplus on the system.

The firmware was 6.2.x or something like that, IIRC.

Let me also add that, the light has been blinking like this for nearly a day and a half now.

Can you boot the NAS into volume read-only mode (a boot menu option) and send in your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

Well, as I said in my first post, I can't get into the boot menu mode. When I try that, it just starts up as usual, all of the lights including the activity light come on, and then the power light starts blinking again. Releasing the rest button and trying to cycle to the mode I need does nothing. I've followed the instructions for this multiple times. I can't even reach the admin page for the NAS. Buttons on it are unresponsive when trying to get into the boot menu. As it stands, the light is still blinking and it's heading toward the 48 hour mark.

If you power down the NAS and remove the disks are you able to access the boot menu? Or are you still unable to do so?
