Blinking power light
Hello everyone. This is my first post on here. I've had this ReadyNAS since November 2014 with no problems, but yesterday after I saw the email for needing to migrate the readycloud service to mynetg...

This could relate to some old apps that were installed on the system. I had to manually force apt to do some updates. I also removed a package or two. I also installed the latest version of avplus on the system.

Want to let everyone on here know that mdgm has helped me out immensely with this. He had to have me setup Teamviewer on my computer so he could remotely login fix some things on the NAS, ut he could probably explain the technical aspects of what he did and what exactly was wrong much better than I could. :-) As of now, my NAS is up and running again and up to date with the latest firmware as well.

mdgm-ntgr: I see to be having a similar problem. I upgraded to MyNetgear and the latest FW. Now, on bootup, the power is constantly blinking. Sometimes, the volume shows up in my network. But I rarely am able to get to the admin page/dashboard. Then, within a minute or two of copying files to/from the volume, I lose access to both the volume and the admin page. This entire time, the power light continues blinking.

@mdgm i recently upgraded to 6.5.0 from 6.4.2 and i am unable to connect to the admin page. Everything else works and there is that annoying blinking power light. Any help gentlemen? Thank you.

kblam and LebSek do you still have this problem?
I just saw your messages. It's generally best to open your thread rather than me too someone else's, especially when that thread is marked as being solved.
