If the NAS is also an NV+ v1 you can migrate the disks (assuming they are intact of course).
If the firmware in the NAS flash doesn't match the version on the drives, then the NAS will upgrade (or downgrade) the OS partition. So ideally you'd initially start the system with a scratch disk (only) and then install the same firmware version you had on your old one. Then power it down, and install the old disks (preserving the slot numbers).
After it is running again, back it up!
