You have the original Duo, which we call a V1 here. Netgear really screwed up calling an entirely new product a "V2" when they had preciously used "v2" and "v3" to indicate minor hardware differences.
Your problem is undoubtedly because that NAS is limited to TLS V1.0, which is no longer supported by most browsers. If you are not getting an error message like StephenB mentioned, then you may have something else also blocking it, such as your antivirus/firewall software.
