Can I convert my RAID1 to RAID0 ???

If you mean RAID-0, then in my view creating an 8 TB RAID-0 volume generally isn't a good idea. If either disk fails you lost the entire volume. It's safer to use JBOD (one disk per volume).
If you mean Webmin, then I have no opinion.

I don't know how to do this on a duo v2. With OS 6 it would be possible from the web admin UI - you'd destroy the raid-1 volume, and create new one(s).
