Can you replicate from a ReadyNas to a ReadyData?
As the title says, can you replicate from a ReadyNas 3220 to a ReadyData 5200? If so, what is the best approach?

If you mean using the NETGEAR feature called "Replicate", no, you can't. ReadyNAS Replicate and ReadyDATA Replicate are two separate services. But you can use a backup job to transfer data from the ReadyNAS over SMB or NFS to a ReadyDATA share.
