Hello Remko2106,
Welcome to the community!
First, try checking the share permissions in the admin page. Check if the user account you are using is still allowed to access the share you are trying to open.
You may also try using the admin account that should have access to all the shares.
Lastly, try resetting permissions.

Hello Remko2106,
Maybe you can try accessing the NAS shares on another computer?
You also have free phone support still, if you can contact support center please do. But if it is easier for you to back up the data and reset, that's okay too.
We always strongly recommend to always have full backup.

Can you also try running CMD from windows, and entering
net use * /delete
net use t: \\nasipaddress\data /user:admin adminpassword
filling in the correct values for nasipaddress and adminpassword
The first command terminates any SMB network connections the computer already has (it doesn't delete anything). If there are any, it will ask you to confirm (and you should do that).
The second will attempt to mount the NAS data volume as drive letter t. data is the default NAS volume name - if you are using a different name for it, you'll need to substitute it.
Please post what happens with the second command (including any errors that you see).
