Cannot access boot menu on ReadyNAS Ultra 6
I have a ReadyNAS Ultra 6 running 4.2.25 with all 6 disks loaded and I cannot get into the boot menu. I followed the instructions here http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20898#ultra_6_ultr...

Yes, I am pressing item bullet point #4 on page 26 of this manual: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RNDU2000/ReadyNAS_Ultra_UltraPlus_NVX_Pro_HW_en_8July11.pdf
I can hear it 'clicking' as I press and release it--I can feel the movement--it's very small, but I know what you mean.
When does the boot menu appear normally? Is it the first thing displayed, before the drive boxes show up?
I saw this same problem described here: https://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=61915&p=347599
Should I try rolling back to an earlier firmware and see if it works? If so, which one?
The whole reason I am trying to do this is for an OS reinstall. My config UI is really screwy after a drive failed and had to be replaced. I am trying to reinstall the OS as instructed by support.
Thanks for the assist!
