I would suggest you open a tech support case and edit the thread title (i.e. subject of first post in this thread) to include your case number.
The problem is that its way out of warranty so i wont get tech support, which is why i was hoping someone here may be able to help!
Well, i have just opened a case and it appears it had a 3 year warranty so its still in...just.
