Cannot access my NAS Server

I've recently moved house and just began to set up my network and ReadyNAS. When I run Radar I get the IP address 192.168.1.68, but when I then try to access this through my browser, it fails to connect.

I have a new Modem/Router (ADSL2+) as I have a different broadband supplier, and this has a different IP range, but I would have thought that if the NAS is connected directly to a laptop, this would make no difference.

I am assuming that I will need to set the NAS with a new IP address in the range of the new Modem/Router (192.168.0.1 to 254) and that I need to access NAS to do this.

Any advice appreciated.

    I am thinking that you set up a static IP address on the ReadyNAS on the old network.

    There are two ways to solve this problem.

    The first is to temporarily set the PC address to 192.168.1.67, subnet mask = 255.255.255.0. Then direct-connect the PC and the NAS, and try accessing the admin webpage by IP address.

    The second is to do an OS reinstall from the Duo v2 front panel. Be careful not to accidentally do a factory reset. The OS reinstall will reset the NAS to use DHCP, and will also reset the password to "password". Data will not be lost and all other settings would be kept.
