Cannot Access to Delete Stuff

Managed to get this done a net gear admin contacted me via PM and we sorted the problem out, I had to put the readynas into tech support mode and let him access it via the internet. Don't know what frontview is? i use RAIDar here to access the RAID via the web interface and OSX finder to access the shares over the network...
