Cannot boot ReadyNAS NV+

Lost network connection to ReadyNAS NV+ two days ago. Just noticed it. Tried to power it off, but holding down the power button did nothing. Pulled the power plug. Hit the power button. Initially, the 4 HDD leds and Activity flash while Power led is flashing fast, then It was stuck on "Rebooting, please wait..." with the power LED in slow blink mode. Hours went by. Pulled plug. Tried to disconnect from network. No difference. Pulled plug. Went to re-install firmware option, which I had to do (successfully) 9/23/2012 when upgrading to 4.1.10. Stuck on "Updating FW. Please wait..." for hours now. Tried the memory diag. It was successful, but it still keeps the Power button flashing, and no other activity indicated. Dunno what to do.
