Found it.
/root/.ssh is where the key pairs are stored for the root user which is used for backups.
A simple ssh key generation command and you're set to replace the keys.Google this for better instructions.

ReadyNAS OS 6.4.2 is very old firmware now. You may wish to consider updating the firmware on your unit at some point.

We have some automated backups running. And we don't want to have to set them up again.
