Cannot connect to Frontview

I have been experiencing the same problem with my Duo, even after the Firmware re-install. I access it through a Mac and a PC, and both can access shares, and the BitTorrent client, and it is visible to the Mac through the RAIDar widget which can see the health of the disks and such, but Frontview is nowhere to be found through any browser on either OS. Please post whatever your solution ends up being. I'll start a case as well and do the same in this thread.
