I forgot to mention that my is a Duo. Thus, I unfortunately do not have a second network interface...
But thanks for your workaround as it may help the more-than-Duo customers a lot! Actually, it seems to be a rather simple problem with the NIC/IP configuration. But it's annoying and maybe also a bit tricky to fix for those devices that have only one network interface as these are not accessible by Frontview at all. Even worse when SSH is not activated as in my case.
