I would suggest you raise a support case. Ask it to be escalated and reference this forum post, my case 16338672 and another user on here 16333985.
I have not got any explanation from 3rd level other than re-install FW. I am not prepared to do that as it is ultimately not a solution and I have already done this on this unit.
