Cannot connect to ReadyNAS NV+ RND4000v2 Shared Folders From Windows 10 Computers

Microsoft is deprecating SMB 1.0 for a reason - it's a very old protocol which isn't secure. It has been exploited by malware - particularly the WannaCry ransomware that attacked many enterprises in 2017. In my opinion it is reasonably safe on a home network (particularly with ReadyNAS running 5.3.13, 4.1.16, and 4.2.31 firmware). However it is important for you to understand the risk.
