cannot enable any readynas services in netgear readynas

Just ovet the last day, I couldnt see my shares in my LAN. When I logged in to the NAS, all my shares have red crosses i.e disabled.    When I try to activete the services I get the  following ...

An SNMP message is a very odd error to get on that screen.  What model NAS do you have?  Are you the original purchaser.
