Cannot Load Firefly in Browser

I cannot load Firefly using IE 9 or Firefox 6.x. The behavior is strange. Sometimes, I can get to the Firefly home page, but it is minus any styles, formatting, and graphics and, when clicked, the links do not load any page. Once I close that page, I can no longer get Firefly to load at all - I get the "cannot load page" error no matter what browser I use.

On my media center PC, I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled SqueezeCenter to no avail. I've tried loading Firefly using IE 8 on a Windows XP laptop and IE 9 on a Windows 7 laptop, to no avail. I get the "cannot load page" error every time. I've disabled my firewall - same result. Also, since it loads sometimes, but with no graphics, I've ruled out the firewall. Ideas anyone?

  • We have come up with a fix for the 'Page cannot be displayed" error in I.E. when connecting to Itunes Firefly server. It may also work for other strange behaviors when one is attempting to connect their ReadyNAS to Itunes.

In IE click tools and then internet options.
    Click the security tab
    Click the "trusted sites" icon
    click the "sites" button
under the "add this website to the zone" type "http://<ReadyNAS ip>"
    click Add
uncheck the "require server verification" box
    Click close
pull the "security level for this zone" selector all the way to low.
    click OK.
