Can't Access Boot Menu (Bootloader)
I have read the instructions to access the Boot Menu. I power down the unit. I press and hold the reset button on the back. I power on the Readt Nas Duo. The instructions say that the Power, Backup, U...
This does not answer my problem. To restate the problem ------ I am following the directions to access the Boot Menu. It says that all of the lights should be lit before you release the Reset Button. Well that's the problem I'm not seeing all of the LED's illuminating. So therefore I never get to the Boot Menu.
