Can't access Frontview after upgrade to 4.1.8
I have a ReadyNAS Duo that was running 4.1.7 without incident. I upgraded to 4.1.8 and although the NAS is serving shares I can't access the control panel, either directly or via RaidAR - which correctly finds the Duo.
I'm stuck :-(

- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredDoes clearing your web browser cache (e.g. Temporary Internet Files), closing the web browser then reopening make a difference?
If not, what error are you getting?
What web browser and version are you using? Could you try another web browser? - John_BeanAspirantIt's not a browser cache issue, it doesn't get that far. The browser (Firefox 7.0) reports "Server not found". It was working perfectly until the update.
I tried a NAS reboot which (apparently) changed nothing, I'll try a second reboot, just in case... - sphardy1ApprenticeJohn - do you have SSH access to your Duo? (I believe you have based on previous posts)
If so can you connect via SSH and check if the Apache web server is running?
Example:# ps -ef | grep apache
admin 9684 25071 1 13:51 ? 00:00:08 /usr/sbin/apache-ssl -f /etc/frontview/apache/httpd.conf - John_BeanAspirantGood thinking. The Duo has been so well behaved (until today) that I haven't needed to do anything even slightly "techie" with it. Anyway, it has now automagically resolved itself with a second reboot, but I suspect the apache server was the culprit judging by the symptoms. I may have a poke in the logs to see what was going on but it's a bit moot now.
Thanks for the replies.
