Can't access Frontview any longer

When accessing the frontview of my ReadyNas Duo (https://<ipaddress>/admin/) the frame of the web page shows but does not contain any data.
The right top reads ReadyNas null, buttons Refresh and Help do not work, Logout returns a window with a message "undefined"
I switch the power on/off but that didn't help.

Does anyone have suggestions?

  • You could try to clean up browser cache and see if that helps.
  • You can try either clean browser cache or try with a different browser.
