Well, "check for updates" is behind, since 6.6.0 was released last week. (Netgear always starts with the manual download release, and does the update server later).
Based on posts here, it has resolved some ReadyCloud issues. So you might want to manually install it using mdgm's link.

Hi StephenB,
I manually upgraded ReadyNas to 6.6.0, but the problem is till the same.
I did an uninstall and install of iphone app as well, but that didn't help either.
This worked ok on earlier version of Readynas, but not sure what version it stopped working.

There was a big change last May (6.5.0) when all ReadyCloud users had to re-do their accounts. Is it possible that you didn't do that?

Hi again, and thanks for your reply.
This information is unknown for me. I have tried to "leave" the ReadyCloud app and registered again. Have reused my previous user and email address. But I'm not sure what you mean by re-doing the account?
Is there a procedure for this?
