How are you trying to reach the admin screen? From your browser (using https://nasipaddress/admin)?
Did you have the antivirus service enabled on the NAS?

Hi NickM41,
Welcome to the community!
Have you tried using http://nasipaddress/admin instead? With its current state, do you still have access to the files? If not, boot the device in volume read-only mode, backup your data and download the device logs.
Kind regards,

Your disk_info.log shows that one of your disks is failing badly.I see you are using RAID-0 which is also bad as if a single disk fails you can lose all the data on the RAID-0 volume using that disk. The email address to send the logs to is mentioned in the Sending Logs link in my sig.

Hi Mate
I have sent the logs through to you.
Cheers!

You have a striped RAID-0 volume and one of your disks is failing very badly. I don't like your chances of being able to recover your data. With the disk in this state I'm not at all confident that it could be successfully cloned.
