Most current browsers require TLS 1.2, and the Pro 6 doesn't have that.
You can regain access if you use Firefox, and set security.tls.version.min to 1 (browse to about:config and search for the setting).
After that you can install this add-on to update TLS.
If you want to use the NAS regularly, you should consider converting it to OS-6. That conversion does reformat the drives, so you do need a full backup prior to conversion.
