Can't access web GUI setup

Thank for the reply StephenB - I added the Pro2 to my signature. The Profile only has a dropdown for selecting one by your avatar.
I've powered down numerous times, reloaded the OS twice now, tried connecting to another spare router on a different subnet. Currently have a support ticket in, and ready to boot into "tech mode" so a L3 tech can take a look. However once the see I'm running OS6 on a legecy device, I think they'll refuse to go any further.
