Can't access web GUI setup

Resolved with a little help from Danthem at Netgear! Was able to coordinate a tech support boot and Danthem had it fixed in about 3 minutes.
Note: was instructed not to uninstall and apps until the 6.2.3 release happens, due to a known glitch that causes apache to fail. But, upgrades to apps should be okay.
