Can't backup to FTP
Hi, I've got two RN10400 with three 3TB HDDs in each. One is for photos and music, the other serves as backup place. At first I wanted to use built-in ReadyNas Replicate function for backup purpose...
rsync copies files to a fixed destination. If it is set to delete files on the destination that aren't on the source, the NAS should not get full. Snapshots could create a space issue if there is a lot of file churn - but that will impact both NAS. If it becomes problem, you can disable snapshots on both devices, and manually delete any old snapshots.
