Upgraded to FW 6.6.1 & have several problems
A) can't connect to ADMIN page.
B) Restart won't work on RAIDar 6.2 page nor using BLUE button on cabinet
C) Getting an invalid NAS CAPACITY email
Using RAIDar 6.2
- Could not find any devices
- pressed RESCAN
- device is quickly found and status is HEALTHY
All 4 drives have green checkmarks showing FW 6.6.1
The LOCATE function works correctly
The BROWSE function works correctly [opens explorer, i can access & open docs on the NAS]
The DIAGNOSTICS function works ok and downloads a ZIP file.
however RAIDar 6.2 returns "no devices found" splash screen but does find my NAS on RESCAN.
Problem Details:
A) Clicking ADMIN PAGE I get the same V-E-R-Y S-L-O-W results as follows
1] loading
2] NEGEAR splash page showing FW 6.6.1
3] Connecting splash page
4] Password Request to ADMIN
5] Admin Page is OffLine splash page
B) Clicking RESTART on RAIDar 6.2
1] I get the ADMIN PW popup, and enter [successfully] the PW
2] System says "are you sure you want to restart?"
3] I click yes/ok
4] nothing happens
C) The reason I even went to the ADMIN page is that I got an email that my 7TB NAS was down to 20% available, When I checked using MS-Explorer the NAS is showing 68% available which I expect to be close to correct.
I hope someone can help me.
Thanks, Jim

Feb 26, 2017Regarding topic C) I have no fix but can shed a light on the background:
It is related to hidden resources. Download the logfiles and go to btrfs.log. You will find something like the following
=== filesystem /data ===
Data, single: total=7.50TiB, used=7.48TiB
System, RAID1: total=32.00MiB, used=896.00KiB
Metadata, RAID1: total=1.00GiB, used=142.78MiB
GlobalReserve, single: total=64.00MiB, used=0.00B
The error message you get is most probably related to Metadata, indicating that yours might be nearly full.
Switching off AV and/or de-installing all apps you do not truely need might be of help.
