Okay, let's hope its that - I'll change the cat5e cable and try connecting it the router again tomorrow, will update how it goes. Tonight I'll attempt to copy over a larger amount of data, say 1TB.
Well, at least the ReadyNAS NV+ v2 seems to support this drive, right? Hopefully one day the WD RED 6TB will be added to the HCL? After all, for the size of the drive it seems a pretty reasonable price so I could imagine them becoming pretty popular.
