Best to backup your data, do a factory default with the new drives in place and restore your data from backup.
Also make sure you have a v2 (runs RAIDiator 5.3.x) not a v1 (runs RAIDiator 4.1.x and earlier). The v1 does not support drives that have a larger capacity than 2TB
