Can't download all log (#17250050)

About two weeks ago one of my backup failed, so I wanted to download all log to check what happened. As soon as I clicked that, the NV+ froze and the shares got disconnected from the computer. After a reboot, it did a resync. Then after a few reboots and FS check, it went back to normal. To reproduce and isolate the problem, I tried downloading all log again, and it froze again. Only this time it didn't resync, just FS check. I submitted a online support request with Netgear and booted it in troubleshoot mode. They went in the NAS and deleted the backup log and rebooted my NAS. I was then able to "download all log", and saw that the other logs are still there, and seems like they just deleted my backup log. I found that I had to do a full-backup again, instead of an incremental backup.

Anyway, as mentioned elsewhere in the forum, I thought it was a RAM problem, so I upgraded to 1GB of ram. I then tried downloading all log again, but again, frontview is lost. The share didn't drop, but I have to reload the page to get frontview back; of course, the download all log didn't happen.

How do I fix this?

My case # is: 17250050

Thanks.
