Can't Find RND2120 ReadyNAS Duo V1 on the Network after Upgrade to Windows 10

I have upgraded to Win 10 and my Ready NAS isnt visible.  Raidar v6 can see it but doesnt give much info eg Model and Firmware sections are blank though Name - nas-48-B5-2D and Status (healthy) and IP 192.168.1.117 (C4:3D:C7:48:B5:2D) are present.

When I lick AdminPage it opens a browser page at http://192.168.1.117/admin but I get "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"

I opened a CMD prompt as suggested in another thread.  I pinged the IP address and it seemed to work - there are 4 lines of Reply Statistics - 4 packets sent & 4 received avg 1ms.

My computers IP is 192.168.1.141 according to Netgear Genie.

I'm really stuck and my whole cd collection is on the discs :smileysad:

Regards

Jason

      Hi

My NAS has only 1 ethernet port which is directly connected to an 8 port switch - Ubiquiti Networks TS-8-PRO - ToughSwitch 8-port Pro

I just tried changing the cable and using a dirrerent port in the switch and get the same results. Just re-pinged 192.168.1.117 and seems fine.

I dont know about the dynamic Ip setting? are we talking about the router?

Ive just looked at Raidar again and for the first time it is now showing two discs with ticks for the first time - it has also given the Model: ReadyNAS Duo but still the 192.168.1.117/admin doesnt work and there is no info next to the Firmware section
