Can't get Backup to work on Windows 7

Someone from the netgear support took care about my problem (for approx 1 hour!)
The problem and the solution:
The password of the Win7 user and of the NAS user has/had only one digit (number).
Setting up a new user in Win7 with a 4-digit password helped.
Once again and in this public forum: Thanks to netgear for this great support!!!
The ReadyNAS Ultimate 4 is already ordered!!!
