Can't see ReadyNAS files

Recently I had lost the ability to see my readynas on my network (I think this was after the recent 1803 update on Win 10)

Hi
Yes, had already turned it on but no luck
I was able to make it visible though by adding the mother folders to the shared list and assigning read write access under CIFS
Had to map the IP address as it still dropped in and out (have to manually refresh to see)
But now visible under "this PC>backup(\\NAS_DRIVE) ("Mapped drive letter")" and also in network computers after the manual refresh
Not sure if this method is correct but somehow working

Go "turn windows features on or off" in the PC, and see if the SMB 1.0/CIFs client is enabled/installed. If it's not, you need to install it.
There are security implications, but your legacy NAS doesn't support the SMB 3.0 client.
