Can't See ReadyNAS in Network

I've had the same problem and it drives me crazy, Ready NAS shows as "Other device" but not as a "Computer".
What seems to work in Win 7 is if you enter \\DEVICENAME (mine is unoriginally called READYNAS, so I enter \\READYNAS) into the command line at the top and hit enter it will find the device as a computer. This also fixes the same problem that I have with a Qnap, so it seems to be a Windows issue.
