Can't stream from DLNA without a reboot

Okay, I think I found the logs. I enabled the DEBUG but before I dig through all that I see this at the top of the logs. a few hundred times.

[2013/10/07 06:25:11] upnpevents.c:234: error: upnp_event_create_notify: socket(): Too many open files
